The grand opening of the collective exposition of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Siberian Federal District "Greater Siberia" took place within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. It was attended by representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, heads of Siberian regions and federal executive authorities.
The stand was launched by Dmitry Patrushev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and Anatoly Seryshev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District.
Dmitry Patrushev, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation: "Each region of Siberia is unique in its own way, but they are united not just by a common geography and formal business ties. Your interaction is an example of true partnership and friendship. Perhaps that is why, emphasizing strong cohesion, your stand, which we are opening today, is called "Greater Siberia". Such cohesion is based on strong, determined, energetic people. They are the ones who achieve high-quality results in all areas every day with their work. I hope that the achievements of the subjects of the district will grow together with you from year to year. The long-term teamwork of the interregional association "Siberian Agreement", which represents your interests at the federal level, also helps in this. I have no doubt that cooperation will continue in the same effective way. The strategy of socio-economic development of Siberia, which was approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2023, will contribute to further growth."
On a two-storey stand with an area of 430 square meters, the regions of the Siberian Federal District presented their economic, investment and scientific potential under the motto "Uniting for Prosperity". Thus, the Krasnoyarsk Territory introduces the guests and participants of the forum to major investment projects and innovative developments of leading companies in the region. It also provides detailed information about the work of the scientific and educational center "Yenisei Siberia". Thanks to VR technologies, you can make an exciting trip to the main attractions of the region, get acquainted with its tourist potential, as well as take a virtual tour of the production workshops of one of the key enterprises of the territory. Visitors will be able to try their hand at interactive games, where UAVs and satellites developed and created in the region must be used to save the Earth. The organizers also brought Siberian treats from Krasnoyarsk: sweets with taiga berries, honey, dried venison, herbal tea, etc.
Within the framework of the forum, the Greater Siberia stand will also become a place for business meetings, negotiations and signing agreements.

And we have started to implement it."
