The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Achinsk District Administration signed an agreement on cooperation on the implementation of the municipal investment standard

An agreement was signed between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the administration of the Achinsk district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The purpose of the agreement is to create favorable conditions for the development of investment activities carried out in the form of capital investments, as well as the formation of a unified approach to the support of investment projects, taking into account the introduction of the municipal investment standard in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Currently, a project is being implemented in the Achinsk region with the support of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation aimed at expanding the production of brown coal processing and enrichment. Implements the investment project of JSC "Chulym-Ugol". In addition, the Corporation's specialists have developed a number of investment proposals, including in the field of tourism and packaging production.
Acting head of the Achinsk district Yaroslav Dolgirev: "It is symbolic that the signing of the agreement between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the district administration took place in the jubilee year for the Achinsk district: in April we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the district. Attracting additional investments is always among the priorities of local governments. The implementation of such joint projects will not only develop the economy of the district and improve its investment attractiveness, but also create additional jobs. This will certainly have a positive impact on the well-being of our population."
The municipal investment standard is the minimum necessary set of requirements for the support of investment projects in municipalities in accordance with the recommendations developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
It was developed taking into account the best practices of municipalities in supporting investment projects and should form a unified approach to organizing systematic work in this direction.
Recall that in 2023, five main elements of the regional investment standard were introduced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: a specialized organization for working with investors, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, works in the region, where investors are accompanied at every stage; an Investment declaration has been developed that contains a strategy for the development of the region; an Investment portal has been opened with information on the territorial planning of the region, the resource base infrastructure, support measures and tariffs; a set of investment rules of the region has been developed – a set of specific optimized procedures governing the receipt of a number of services by an investor; an Investment Committee chaired by the Governor of the region operates, where controversial issues are promptly resolved.
