An investment session was held in Krasnoyarsk, during which potential investors were presented with comprehensive investment proposals in the hospitality sector. The event was initiated by the closed business club for leading entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory "Billion" with the support of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The investment session was attended by representatives of the executive authorities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republics of Khakassia and Tyva, who oversee the development of the tourism sector in the regions, as well as residents of the closed Billion Entrepreneurs club.
"Attracting investors is a priority area of work of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. Today we present investment proposals of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republics of Khakassia and Tyva in the field of tourism to potential investors. Among the offers is a wide range of sites for the creation of tourist infrastructure. With the support of the authorities of the regions of Yenisei Siberia, we are ready to create the necessary conditions for investors to implement projects," said Sergey Ladyzhenko, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
During the presentation, entrepreneurs were presented with such projects of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as the construction of urban and suburban hotels of the five-star category, the construction of a network of glamping in the Krasnoyarsk agglomeration, a set of investment projects developed for implementation in the territory of the Ergaki Natural Park. Representatives of other regions of Yenisei Siberia presented projects for the creation of a tourist cluster "Celestial Empire" and the development of a tourist recreational cluster "Priiskovy" in Khakassia, as well as the creation of a tourist complex "Taiga" and projects for the cluster development of lakes Duskhol, Chagytai in Tuva.
"All the projects that were presented today can be called top projects. They are very interesting, including from an economic point of view," said Andrey Perfilov, director of the closed business club for leading entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory "Billion". – Currently, the state provides an unprecedented amount of support measures for the implementation of investment projects, including in the tourism industry. At the same time, a dialogue between business and the state is a prerequisite for successful work."
Concluding the event, Andrey Perfilov noted that the work on attracting investors in cooperation with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation will continue, including in the framework of subsequent investment sessions.
