Development projects in the main cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were presented in Minusinsk

In Minusinsk, at the site of the Russian Support Cities forum, an investment session was held dedicated to the development of development projects in the territory of the support cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The initiator of the investment session was the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The event was attended by representatives of executive authorities, business communities, including residents of the First Business Club, as well as promising developers who implement their investment projects not only in the regions of Yenisei Siberia, but also at the federal level.
Mikhail Zaskalko, Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: "Last year was a record year for the Krasnoyarsk Territory in terms of the commissioning of square meters of housing. Simultaneously with the construction of residential buildings, we are engaged in landscaping: this allows us to ensure the integrated development of territories (CRT). It is worth noting that in Krasnoyarsk the implementation of the CRT mechanism is quite successful, and as for the main cities of the region, here we must think in detail about how to promote the development of multi-apartment housing through the CRT mechanism."
As part of the investment session, investment proposals were presented for the implementation of projects for the integrated development of the territories of the main cities: Kansk, Achinsk, Minusinsk, Lesosibirsk. The implementation of such projects will ensure balanced and sustainable urban development, as well as increase the efficiency of using the city's territories, including the formation of a comfortable urban environment. Also, during the event, the heads of the main cities discussed the implementation of these investment proposals with representatives of developers and business communities.
The agenda of the Russian Support Cities Forum is devoted to topical issues of the development of support cities and settlements, which are the basis of Russia's spatial development.
