The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and SZ Universalstroy LLC (part of the Monolithholding Group of companies) signed an agreement on the support of an investment project for integrated residential development in the Yudinsky microdistrict. The total investment volume is 120 billion rubles.
The Yudinsky microdistrict is located in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk and borders large-scale recreational areas: the Gremyachaya Griva and Yudinskaya Valley ecoparks. The main idea of the project is the unity of the built–up objects with nature, their harmonious coexistence and complement, the subsequent development of ecotourism in this area. In order to achieve the set goals during the implementation of the project, it is planned to maximize the preservation of natural landscapes, subordination of buildings to relief, decompression of buildings to natural territories, and the use of energy-saving technologies in construction.
The project is planned to be implemented in two stages (the first stage is 2024-2028, the second stage is 2028-2031). On an area of more than 142 hectares, small and multi-storey residential buildings will be located, the total living area of which will be 800 thousand m2, 9 kindergartens, 3 secondary schools and a children's art school, a polyclinic, 3 libraries, a sports facility, a multifunctional center, parking lots, parking lots, garages. It is planned that 35 thousand people will become residents of the microdistrict.

The project includes schools and kindergartens, a polyclinic and libraries, outdoor sports grounds and other infrastructure elements. Pedestrian connections with the Gremyachaya Griva and Yudinskaya Dolina ecoparks are registered. We plan to implement such a large-scale and ambitious microdistrict by 2031."
