The new resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, IP Panchenko Pavel Sergeevich, intends to launch a complex for cleaning trucks and special equipment in Norilsk in 2026. The entrepreneur received the status of a resident of the Russian Arctic with the assistance of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The estimated investment volume is 77.9 million rubles, and 5 jobs will be created within the framework of the project.
According to the initiator of the project, trucks are actively used in Norilsk in connection with the implementation of various projects, including within the framework of the comprehensive city development plan. In addition, a number of commercial organizations that transport concrete, cement and other building materials are located on the territory of the Norilsk industrial district. All these works involve special equipment that needs regular cleaning.

"To date, there is no specialized service for heavy-duty vehicles in the city, so organizations and individual entrepreneurs have to put vehicles in order on their own. This violates environmental standards and is also quite difficult in the conditions of the Far North."
In 2025, the entrepreneur plans to start registration of land plots and construction and installation works, and launch a car wash in 2026.
