The implementation of the Severnaya Zvezda project for the development of the Syradasayskoye field continues in Taimyr. Currently, work is underway on the design of the enrichment plant and the construction of the Yenisei seaport. The project for the development of the field is included in the KIP "Yeniseiskaya Sibir".
To date, preparatory work has been carried out on the vertical layout of the territory of the future factory, including the area of the pits of the main building, the coal intake workshop, storage bunkers, transshipment point and other facilities.
In addition, the materials and equipment necessary for the construction of the foundation were delivered to the Taimyr Peninsula, as well as the main technological equipment for the first stage of the factory was purchased.
Recall that a site was chosen for the construction of the factory, located 52 kilometers from the future seaport "Yenisei" in the western part of the peninsula and 8.5 kilometers from the coal mine, where coal mining is carried out. The land area is 34 hectares. The capacity of the factory will be 5 million tons of feedstock processing per year (the first stage is 2.5 million tons, the second stage is 2.5 million tons). About 400 people will work here.

The project parameters have not changed significantly, but the sanctions pressure has made some adjustments to the work schedules. The implementation of the project continues, to date we have sent more than 160 thousand tons of products to consumers along the Northern Sea Route," said Igor Hafizov, General Director of Severnaya Zvezda LLC.
As part of the project, the construction of a shift camp for 600 people has already been completed, where all the infrastructure necessary for comfortable living of employees has been created. A 52-kilometer highway has also been built from the seaport to the coal mine; work continues on the construction of a berth in the port; the conclusion of the Glavgosexpertiza for dredging has been received; preparations are underway for the construction of two thermal power plants.

Severnaya Zvezda LLC is implementing a project to develop the Syradasai coal deposit, located 110 km south-east of the village of Dixon in the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The resources of the field are estimated at 5 billion tons. As part of the project implementation, Severnaya Zvezda uses the latest technologies for production, processing and transportation of products aimed at eliminating environmental risks and minimizing anthropogenic impact on the territory.
