The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement with Status LLC on the support of the investment site Yuzhnaya Promzona, Kvartal 10 in Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. The subject of the agreement is the interaction of the parties on the implementation of new investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the inclusion of the investment site in the unified register and the placement of information on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The area of the investment site is 14 hectares. Electric networks have been connected to the territory of the investment site, and further infrastructure development is planned. There are also buildings and structures on the territory of the investment site, which can be used in the future during the implementation of the project.
"It is possible to create almost any production on the territory: a machine-building enterprise, a plant of building materials, a logistics complex and others. I am sure that cooperation with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation will help attract investors. The implementation of the projects will create new jobs, which will contribute to the socio-economic development of Achinsk as a whole," said Oktay Azizov, Director of Status LLC.
