The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has concluded an agreement on the support of an investment site in Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, located at 1B Garazhnaya Street. The subject of the agreement is the interaction of the parties on the implementation of new investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the inclusion of the investment site in the unified register and the placement of information on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The land area is 1.5 hectares. A multifunctional base is located on the site: a building with industrial and office premises with a total area of more than 3,200 m2. Electric networks, a water supply system, a video surveillance system are connected to the territory of the investment site, the territory is paved with road slabs. The advantage is convenient access roads to the territory (from Okruzhnaya Street).
The owner of the site is Larisa Repa: "Convenient location, developed infrastructure, availability of all necessary communications, spacious territory – all this makes the site an ideal choice for creating a logistics center, wholesale base, various industries or other business."
