In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, work continues on the creation of the largest industrial and logistics complex in the Krasnoyarsk Territory near the village of Startsevo in the Yemelyanovsky district. The project is included in the KIP "Yenisei Siberia", its implementation is carried out by MEGASTROY. The total investment amount is 30 billion rubles, and it is planned to create more than 9,600 jobs.
The first stage of the project has already been completed: a warehouse complex of 36 thousand square meters with its own closed territory is located on a separate plot of land with an area of 6.7 hectares. One of the largest Russian marketplaces, OZON, became its tenant. The logistics park meets high quality standards and meets the requirements of high-tech warehouses of class A. In addition, the Yemelyanovsky PLC is located close to major transport hubs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which is a strategically advantageous location.
The implementation of the second stage is in the final stage, which will increase the park area by another 30 thousand square meters in February 2025. In addition, the active construction of the third stage of the park, a warehouse complex with an area of 41 thousand square meters, continues. Today, work is underway on the installation of metal structures, installation of roofs and installation of engineering networks at the facility.
All three stages are included in the first stage of the creation of the largest logistics park in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The implementation of the entire project involves 5 stages of construction and about 650 thousand square meters of warehouse space. The park will become a key logistics hub of the region, which in turn will have a positive impact on both the speed of delivery of goods and the increase in jobs in the region.

Currently, in addition to supporting the processes related to the launch of subsequent areas, the Corporation is searching for residents who plan to implement their projects on the territory of the logistics complex."
Recall that the project for the construction of a logistics park near the village of Startsevo in the Yemelyanovsky district involves the construction of class A production and warehouse complexes. Tenants of the park will be various logistics companies, wholesale and retail enterprises, as well as companies working in the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce). The project will provide them with a convenient and functional space that helps optimize their logistics processes and improve work efficiency.
