MEGASTROY developer has completed the construction of the second stage of the Yemelyanovsky logistics park, which is being built near the village of Startsevo. The project is included in the KIP "Yenisei Siberia".
The total investment amount is 30 billion rubles, and it is planned to create more than 9,600 jobs.
Evgeny Voropaev, General Director of MEGA-STROY-M LLC: "The logistics park is being built using the most modern technologies using high-quality Russian-made materials. The warehouses are equipped with a modern fire extinguishing system and a fire alarm system. In addition, we pay special attention to environmental policy, minimizing the impact on the environment during the construction of the facility and during its further operation."
The area of the second warehouse is 30,000 m2, of which 28,500 m2 is the warehouse part, the rest of the area is allocated for office space and a technical area. The third stage of the project will be completed in 2025.
Since 2022, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has been involved in the support of the investment project. The Corporation's specialists participated in solving land and property issues, interacting with resource supply organizations, and assisted in reducing the time required to obtain permits. Currently, in addition to supporting the processes related to the launch of subsequent areas, the Corporation is searching for residents who plan to implement their projects on the territory of the logistics complex.

The tenant of the first stage of the Yemelyanovsky PLC was the OZON marketplace, the anchor resident of this site, which opens its largest warehouse in the region here."
Recall that the project for the construction of a logistics park near the village of Startsevo in the Yemelyanovsky district involves the construction of class A production and warehouse complexes. Tenants of the park will be various logistics companies, wholesale and retail enterprises, as well as companies working in the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce). The project will provide them with a convenient and functional space that helps optimize their logistics processes and improve work efficiency.
