Investment proposals of the Yenisei Siberia regions were presented in Beijing

An investment session was held in Beijing (PRC), where investment proposals were presented in the fields of industry, agriculture, woodworking and other related industries.
The event was organized by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation with the support of the Russian-Chinese Guild of Commerce.
Anton Zherebtsov, Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Regional branch of the all-Russian public organization Delovaya Rossiya, addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech: "Today, Chinese companies are the main foreign trade partners for businesses in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Almost every year we see an increase in export and import indicators. It is important for us to deepen this cooperation, including through attracting investments from China into the creation of new production facilities in Siberia. For example, we are talking about the localization in the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the production of equipment and components for the timber industry and agriculture. We are interested in developing our business in China, in particular in creating showrooms of Siberian goods in Chinese cities."
The event was attended by representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, businesses of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republics of Khakassia and Tyva. Representatives of such companies as CRC (China Resources Corporation), China National Forest Products Corporation, China Electronic SYSTEM Construction Engineering Co., Ltd and others joined the event from the Chinese side.
Potential Chinese investors were presented with investment proposals from Yenisei Siberia, such as the processing of sawmilling and woodworking waste; the creation of a woodworking plant in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory; the construction of the Krasnoyarsk Mining and Processing plant; the organization of the processing of oversized tires; the creation of a dairy production enterprise in Achinsk; the construction of a plant for deep grain processing; the construction of an elevator and a feed mill. Also, partners from China were told about the possibilities of localization of production in the special economic zone of industrial production type "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley". Chinese investors are interested in these proposals.
As a result, the parties agreed to hold more detailed negotiations and visit investment sites in Yenisei Siberia.
