Since the beginning of 2024, more than 3,000 vacancies have been closed at the enterprises of companies involved in the implementation of the Yenisei Siberia Integrated Investment Project (CIP). Currently, the job bank has about 900 more job offers: workers and employees with salaries up to 300 thousand rubles are required.
The search for candidates was conducted throughout the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as among residents of Khakassia and Tyva. In addition, the regional employment service for human resources presented investment projects in Moscow at the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" at VDNH, as well as in St. Petersburg at the fair of personnel opportunities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
There is a high demand for truck drivers at the enterprises of the participants of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP. They are ready to pay the largest salary in Taimyr – up to 300 thousand rubles. Up to 200 thousand rubles are offered in the North Yenisei district. In the Motyginsky district, a driver can receive up to 138 thousand rubles.
Grader machinists, bulldozers, crane operators, locksmiths, welders, electricians and other specialists are also required.
Sergey Ladyzhenko, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: "Within the framework of most projects of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP, work is already underway on construction sites, and companies require many specialists of different specialties. The Corporation and the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are implementing a set of measures for timely staffing of enterprises. Thus, a number of agreements have been signed with companies implementing investment projects in the region. Employers form a forecast of the staffing needs of investment projects for the period of construction, operation and infrastructure provision of facilities. This data helps to select candidates in a timely manner and adapt the training system."

In total, according to the Krasnoyarsk Territory Labor and Employment Agency, almost 110 thousand jobs are planned to be created in investment projects in the region. During the implementation of the KIP, 18,094 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 12,822 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
