Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) published a rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation on media activity in the field of innovation, investment and PR events for March 2023.
The Krasnoyarsk Territory showed the most significant growth, moving from seventh to first place in the group of AIRR participating regions with a population of 1-2 million people. The second and third places were taken by Novosibirsk and Omsk regions.
"The rating evaluates the number of publications in open sources with positive or neutral information on the development of innovation and investment in each region, and also takes into account all types of PR activities, public offline and online events: forums, exhibitions, festivals of scientific and technical creativity, contests, prizes, conferences, as well as hackathons and regional venues for All-Russian or international Olympiads," said Roza Semenova, head of AIRR projects.
Ratings of Russian regions on media activity in the field of innovation, investment and PR events are published monthly on the official website of the AIRR.
