In the main city of Lesosibirsk, work continues on the creation of an industrial park with a total area of 40 hectares. The initiator of the project is the biochemical holding company Orghim, one of the leading Russian manufacturers of non-carcinogenic process oil fillers used in the manufacture of tires, rubber products and composite materials.
Construction work on the territory of the industrial park has already been completed. There are all the buildings and infrastructure necessary for the activities of the first residents. There is a production workshop with an area of more than 10 thousand m2, warehouses of raw materials and finished products, mechanical workshops, a chemical laboratory. There is an electrical substation, a water intake, biological treatment facilities, access roads and railway tracks on the territory. Coal is used for heating, there is an infrastructure for receiving coal and a heating boiler room.
For residents interested in building their own production facilities, a vacant plot of land with an area of more than 20 hectares is suitable.
