Investors of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will receive state support for the creation of modular hotels

The Tourism Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is selecting investment proposals from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the region to create rooms in modular hotels. It is planned to support projects that will be implemented from 2025 to 2027. The subsidies will be provided within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".
The amount of state support will be up to 1.5 million rubles per room and up to 50% of the cost of the investment project. With the funds of the subsidy, investors will be able to purchase and install a ready-made modular factory-made house, equip it for year-round comfortable accommodation for tourists, provide the module with electricity, water supply and sanitation.
Elena Nedbaylo, Head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Tourism Agency: "The subsidy for the construction of modular hotels is in great demand from regional investors. Last year, new recreation areas appeared in Divnogorsk, Mansky, Achinsky, Sukhobuzimsky districts, in the Ergaki Nature Park. The increase in the number of rooms will attract more travelers to the region and increase the attractiveness of our region."

According to the decision of the Governor of the region Mikhail Kotyukov, business support in this area will be supplemented by the regional budget under the state program "Tourism Development". A separate competitive selection will be held in the first quarter of this year.
