Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can receive financial support for the development of tourism infrastructure

Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can receive a refund of up to 50% of the costs of creating modular hotels and connecting tourist facilities to engineering networks at the expense of the regional budget. Applications are open until April 11, 2025 inclusive.

The Agency for Tourism of the Krasnoyarsk Territory conducts a competitive selection for reimbursement of costs associated with the creation of modular hotels. The subsidy covers the costs of purchasing and installing modules, connecting them to engineering and electrical networks, as well as equipping them with plumbing, heating, water supply, sanitation, sewerage and ventilation. The costs are to be incurred in 2025-2026. The maximum refund amount for one room is 2 million rubles. To participate, you must submit an application in the Electronic Budget system and submit an investment project. Entrepreneurs can also apply for reimbursement of the costs of technological connection of tourist industry facilities to electricity, heat, water supply and sanitation. Applicants who have spent their own funds on connecting tourism infrastructure to engineering networks over the past 5 years, starting in March 2020, can participate in the selection process. The total amount of regional support is 50 million rubles, and the maximum amount of compensation for one project is 30 million rubles.  Detailed information about the support measure and a list of documents are available on the Agency's website .
