The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Pik Restroy LLC (Kolesnik redevelopment company) signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of an investment project to create a complex of industrial and office buildings and a multifunctional shopping center in Krasnoyarsk.
The goal is to renovate buildings at 66 Vavilova St. and 18a Zheleznodorozhnikov St., create new business spaces and improve the infrastructure of the district. The total planned investment is 600 million rubles. The developer intends to complete the renovation in 2026.
It is planned to create a multifunctional shopping center with additional education institutions and food outlets on Vavilova Street, and to organize a modern office space in the building on Zheleznodorozhnikov Street.
As Alexandra Samoilovich, Director of Development at Kolesnik, noted, redevelopment facilities are forming a new approach to business sites. Each room on the ground floor will have a separate entrance, expanded window openings or stained glass windows, which will increase traffic. Tenants and owners will have the opportunity to change the layout of the premises at the stage of construction and installation work in accordance with their needs. Such facilities are distinguished by their well-thought-out architecture and uniform style of signage and signage, which has a positive effect on doing business and improves the appearance of the city. All this allows tenants and owners of premises to realize their potential in development and scaling in a well-developed place in terms of architectural concept.
Today, the internal dismantling works have already been completed, the contour is being closed and repairs are underway inside and outside the buildings.
