The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement on the support of an investment project with the Center-STI company, which has been operating in the field of recreational services since 2014.
The investment project of Center-STI LLC involves the modernization and expansion of the existing recreation center Bazaikhariver, located in Krasnoyarsk. Currently, the River Bazaar consists of 10 year–round facilities (townhouses, guest houses) that can accommodate up to 60 guests; 8 summer facilities for day stays, including 4 glamping, 4 gazebos (one is warm); a Russian bath with a font.
The accommodation has a stylish design interior and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for guests, including those with disabilities. Also among the advantages of the current recreation center is a well–maintained territory and location within walking distance from the iconic places of the city (Torgashinskaya Stairs, Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park, Roev Ruchey Flora and Fauna Park, Bobrovy Log Fanpark).
"In accordance with the investment project of Center-STI LLC, the number of rooms will be increased on the territory of the recreation center to accommodate residents and guests of the city, as well as the range of tourist services will be expanded. Thus, it is planned to build a 10-room hotel, a spa complex, a banquet and conference hall, sports and children's playgrounds and other facilities," said Mark Falin, Director of Center-STI LLC.
The planned terms of the project are 2023-2025, the total investment is 200 million rubles. More than 10 new jobs will be created during the implementation of the project.

The BazaihaRiver recreation center is located in Krasnoyarsk at 363 Bazayskaya Street. In 2019, the tourist facility received the 2GIS award in the nomination "Choice of guests".
