An investment conference was held in Lesosibirsk, where a presentation session was held on the development of the industrial potential of the Northern macroregion of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. There, a plan was presented to create a 40-hectare industrial park in Lesosibirsk, initiated by the biochemical holding company Orghim, a leading Russian manufacturer of process oil fillers for the tire and rubber industries.
According to Ivan Kuznetsov, head of the holding's Innovations and Promising Areas of Development unit, the park's infrastructure is already ready for operation.
"All construction works have been completed on the territory – a production workshop with an area of 10 thousand m2, warehouses, laboratories, energy facilities and logistics infrastructure are available. 20 hectares of vacant land for construction are provided for new residents." The project is aimed at chemical and timber companies interested in locating high-value-added production facilities.
A separate section of the session was devoted to financial instruments to support investors. Representatives of Sberbank and VTB spoke about their proposals for industrial enterprises, from preferential loans to leasing programs and solutions for exporters.
