Ozon plans to launch a logistics complex in the Yemelyanovsky district

An Ozon marketplace warehouse is being prepared for opening in the Yemelyanovsky logistics Park, which is being built by MEGASTROY developer near the village of Startsevo. It is expected that the capacity of the new warehouse will amount to 9 million goods, and up to 240 thousand goods will be processed here daily.
For residents of the region, the emergence of a large center of one of the largest Russian marketplaces means shorter delivery times, speed and convenience of purchases, and for businesses, the opportunity to reduce time to market and scale their business across the country.
MEGASTROY is currently constructing the fourth stage of the Yemelyanovsky logistics park. The new warehouse complex with an area of 30,000 m2 will be equipped with modern storage facilities and office spaces that meet all the requirements for Class A warehouses.
The construction of the entire logistics park is being carried out in stages. The first two stages have already been commissioned. The third stage is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025, and the completion of the fourth stage is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. The investment project is included in the Yenisei Siberia CIP.
