Modular hotels, campsites and tourist equipment: entrepreneurs can get support for tourism development

For example, a business can build modular hotels with 50% government support. In order to reimburse expenses, entrepreneurs need to install modules at their own expense this year and next, connect houses to engineering and electrical networks, and provide accommodation facilities with plumbing, heating equipment, water supply, sanitation, sewerage, and ventilation. There are also two additional competitive selections to support public initiatives of entrepreneurs. With federal funds, within the framework of the national Tourism and Hospitality project, it is possible to build campsites for motorists, organize dedicated recreation areas on national tourist routes in Ermakovsky and Shushensky districts, equip beaches, purchase tourist equipment for rental, and create conditions for recreation for people with disabilities. Tourism infrastructure can also be developed at the expense of the regional budget. The funds can be used for landscaping, fencing, the purchase of children's playgrounds and sports grounds, the arrangement of paths and sidewalks, the connection of water supply systems, video surveillance. You can also purchase swimming pools, create catering facilities, purchase and install gazebos, outdoor furniture, lighting, build ramps, stairs, signs, arrange entrance groups and other navigation tools. Another new support measure has been in effect since this year as part of the regional state program "Tourism Development". Funds will be allocated from the regional budget to reimburse the cost of paying interest on the loan that the entrepreneur took out to develop his project in priority tourist destinations in the region.
