In 2025, with the assistance of the employment service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 1,900 vacancies for investment projects were filled from all sources of labor resources, which accounted for 68% of the total number of vacancies. Various formats were used to close vacancies, from job fairs to open selections.
Employers implementing investment projects participated in job fairs, including the All-Russian Employment Fair "Jobs of Russia. A time of opportunity", which was held with the support of the national project "Cadres". The visitors learned about vacancies in investment projects, asked questions and submitted resumes for inclusion in the personnel reserve. This year, online interviews with applicants from Tuva and Altai were held at the fair.
"The region has a comprehensive recruitment system for investment projects based on the "one-stop shop" principle. Each employer has an employment service specialist assigned to them, who selects the necessary staff, organizes events to select the necessary specialists – fairs, interviews, including involving candidates from other regions," said Viktor Novikov, head of the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
An integrated approach to the selection of employees for the KIP "Yeniseiskaya Sibir" is being implemented. For example, today you can apply to the personnel reserve of a Comprehensive Investment Project through the digital center at the Rabota Rossii Personnel Center in Achinsk and in mobile employment centers.
"The Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, together with the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, are implementing a set of measures aimed at staffing enterprises. Agreements have been signed with companies implementing investment projects in the region. Employers form a forecast of personnel requirements for the period of construction, operation and infrastructure provision of facilities. Today, investment projects require drivers, bulldozers, crane operators and other qualified specialists. The salary for these vacancies reaches 300 thousand rubles," commented Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
Currently, 780 vacancies are available for investment projects, mainly from mining companies operating in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Information about vacancies and the opportunity to join the personnel reserve are available on the "Work on Investment Projects" platform. It is posted on the Interactive portal of the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .
It should be noted that in total, in 2025, the regional employment service helped more than 15 thousand applicants find work. During this period, 7.5 thousand employers posted more than 100 thousand job offers. There are currently 41.5 thousand job offers in the vacancy bank. The most in-demand specialists are in manufacturing, construction, agriculture and forestry.
