Achinsk attracts investors to build a hotel complex

The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Achinsk City Administration are inviting investors to build a comfortable business and premium class hotel for business travelers, tourists and transit passengers. The required investments amount to 400 million rubles.
The proposed site for the project is located within walking distance from the Achinsk railway station, the road from Krasnoyarsk International Airport named after D. A. Hvorostovsky takes 2 hours by car. The convenient location of the hotel will ensure a constant flow of guests, and rooms of various categories – from standard to suite – will attract both travelers and business travelers.
The construction of accommodation facilities is very relevant for the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The growth of tourist traffic in the region in the first half of 2025 amounted to almost 14%, which is 8% higher than the average in Russia. At the same time, there are currently only 5 3-star hotels in Achinsk.
An investor can take advantage of sectoral government support measures, for example, to obtain a loan for investment purposes or a subsidy to reimburse part of the costs provided for projects implemented in the tourism sector.
