Glavgosexpertiza of Russia has issued a positive opinion on the construction of new facilities at the Bogolyubovskoye mining and processing complex in the Motyginsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. After the modernization, the annual production and processing capacity of ore will increase to 764 thousand tons per year. The total reserves at the group's deposits in the Motyginsky district amount to 60 tons of gold.
The company will process ore from three deposits: Bogolyubovsky, Udereysky and Gorevsky. Their development is being carried out by OOO Novoangarsky Concentrating Combine and JSC Gorevsky GOK (part of the group of companies OOO NOK GROUP Management Company); the project is included in the KIP Yeniseiskaya Sibir. After optimizing the technological processes, the complex will start producing new types of products – gold-bearing and lead concentrates.
Addressing environmental issues will be an important aspect of modernization. The project provides for the construction of a modern tailings storage facility for the safe disposal of flotation enrichment waste. This is especially true for the Motyginsky district, where the enterprise is located, given its status as a territory equated to the regions of the Far North.
The implementation of the project will not only increase production indicators, but also create new jobs in the region with special climatic conditions, thereby ensuring the socio-economic development of the territory.
