The construction of the largest industrial and logistics complex in the region near the village of Startsevo in the Yemelyanovsky district continues in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The project is included in the Yenisei Siberia CIP, and is being implemented by MEGASTROY.
Wildberries marketplace became one of the residents of Yemelyanovsky PLC: the company leased more than 40 thousand m2 of space. The warehouse will be used as a distribution center to expand its presence in Siberia.
As representatives of MEGASTROY noted, the implementation of the third stage is currently in the final stages. In addition, the active construction of the fourth warehouse continues: the facility is 60% ready. The implementation of the entire project involves 5 stages of construction and order
650 thousand m2 of warehouse space. The park will become a key logistics hub of the region, which in turn will have a positive impact on both the speed of delivery of goods and the increase in jobs in the region.
The project for the construction of a logistics park near the village of Startsevo, Yemelyanovsky district, involves the construction of Class A production and warehouse complexes. The tenants of the park will be various logistics companies, wholesale and retail trade enterprises, as well as companies operating in the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce). The project will provide them with a convenient and functional space that helps optimize their logistics processes and improve their work efficiency.
