A round table of the "First Business Club" – "Foreign economic activity and marketplaces" was held in Krasnoyarsk.: new markets and new risks." It was attended by entrepreneurs and experts in the field of international activities, exports and e-commerce. At the round table, the current cases of leading companies in Krasnoyarsk were presented and concrete steps for the development of foreign economic activity were discussed.
Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, spoke in her speech about the current opportunities for cooperation with foreign partners. She stressed that the Krasnoyarsk Territory carries out foreign trade activities with 94 foreign countries. China is the leader in exports and imports, and the dynamics of trade with it shows annual growth. The main exports from the Krasnoyarsk Territory to China are metals, mineral products, and chemical industry products.
Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: "The Chinese partners are ready to cooperate both in the format of joint investment projects and technological cooperation, which involves the supply of equipment, the establishment of a production line, staff training and the launch of production in the Krasnoyarsk Territory commissioned by Russian companies. Today, several of our partners from China have entered the pre-investment stage. These are enterprises related to woodworking, agriculture, and the creation of steel production. The successful implementation of these projects will become a point of attraction for other foreign investors."
