The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and SKZMK-Siberia LLC have signed an agreement to support an investment site in Nazarov, on the basis of the former East Siberian Metal Structures Plant. There are buildings and structures on the territory that are equipped with the necessary communications: water, heat, electricity, and sanitation systems are connected.
On a plot of almost 19 hectares, it is possible to implement various projects: to create a machine-building enterprise, a building materials plant, a food production facility, a logistics complex, etc.
"The SKZMK-Siberia platform offers a number of significant advantages for investors. Firstly, it provides convenient logistics, allowing for the delivery and shipment of products by both rail and road. This creates flexible conditions for organizing supplies and optimizing transportation costs. Secondly, the presence of overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 50 tons significantly increases the efficiency of cargo handling and movement operations on the site," said Alexey Chesnokov, Managing Director of SKZMK Siberia LLC.
An important aspect is also the possibility of increasing the capacity of electricity, heat and water supply: This will help ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of production processes.
