Krasnoyarsk Region attracts co-investors to implement a unique tourism project

The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Lada LLC are attracting co-investors to build an artificial tropical island under a dome that mimics the atmosphere of exotic resorts. A unique year-round recreation space is planned to be located in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
According to the project, a water area with a beach, food outlets, a concert venue, children's areas and attractions will be organized on the territory. It will also be possible to hold events on the island. The capacity of the complex will be 2000 people. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of tourism in the region.
The advantage for co-investors is the absence of direct competitors: the project is innovative for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, it is a fundamentally new format of entertainment and recreation. The complex will attract residents of the region, tourists, corporate clients, school and youth groups – this will ensure a large flow of visitors and a stable income.
Co-investors can benefit from sectoral government support measures at both the federal and regional levels. Among them are preferential loans and subsidies to reimburse part of the costs for tourism projects.
