An important result of the Minusinsk investment Forum "Investments in small towns of Russia", which took place on August 18, was the signing of agreements significant for the development of the macro-district.
Anna Garnets, Acting Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and Konstantin Tyunin, Chairman of the Association of Heads of Local Government "Yug", head of the Karatuzsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, signed an agreement for the purpose of interaction between the parties aimed at improving the investment climate of the Southern macro-district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the socio-economic development of municipalities included in the macro-district.
Also, agreements on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects were signed at the forum, the total amount of investments of which reaches about 2.9 billion rubles.
For example, agreements were reached between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and investors on supporting the implementation of investment projects in the field of agro-industrial complex. One of them is with Kraslestrade LLC: the subject of the agreement is cooperation in the implementation of an investment project to modernize an elevator in the village of Askiz in Khakassia. The volume of investments in the project will amount to about 200 million rubles. The second is with the Agricultural Consumer Processing Cooperative "Svetlolobovsky product": the project provides for the modernization of the existing agricultural complex, after which cream cheese will be produced in production, the volume of investments in the modernization of the first stage of the complex will amount to about 400 million rubles.
Agreements on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects in the hospitality sector were also signed. According to one of these documents, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Alexey Yurievich Strulistov IP will cooperate in the construction of the Sayany Park Hotel in the Ermakovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The recreation center will consist of a hotel complex, a cafe, a building for staff, parking lots and infrastructure facilities: in total, 12 facilities are planned to be built, and the total investment amount will be more than 150 million rubles. Another significant document is the agreement between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Sole Proprietor Alexander Leonidovich. The opening of the multifunctional hotel complex involves the creation of 135 rooms, a SPA complex, a fitness room, a heated swimming pool, restaurants, and a business center. The declared total investment volume reaches 1.2 billion rubles.
"Today, the Southern Macro-district has acquired several interesting initiatives in the field of tourism, which are planned to be implemented over the next three years. This direction is very important for us. We understand that the demand for domestic tourism is very high today, and there are not enough high-quality offers. It is very important for us that we managed to attract investors who are ready to implement such initiatives," said Sergey Ladyzhenko, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
In addition to these projects, another one is planned to be implemented in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – the construction of a hotel in the village of Shushenskoye. The document on cooperation in the implementation of this investment project was signed by Dmitry Dzhigrenyuk, head of the Shushensky district, and Igor Gorbunov, Director of Azimut LLC. The project is important for the development of the tourism potential of the Shushensky district, as it will provide high-quality services in the field of hospitality, and will also become a driver for attracting tourist traffic. The declared volume of investments in the project is about 900 million rubles.
Recall that this year the theme of the Minusinsk Investment Forum was devoted to the development of the territorial economy and investment potential of the southern macroregion, the interaction of government and business, as well as the role of youth in the development of the city and the region. The forum brought together more than 400 participants.
