The Siberian Customs Administration discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the region and foreign partners

A meeting of the advisory council for cooperation with participants in foreign economic activity was held at the Siberian Customs Administration. The agenda included topical issues of customs administration, the development of customs and warehouse infrastructure, as well as innovations in the procedure for conducting and processing inspection results.
The event was attended by more than 120 representatives of business associations and public organizations, chambers of commerce and industry, industrial enterprises, and the leadership of customs authorities.
Natalia Abramova, Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, spoke in her speech about the current opportunities for cooperation with foreign partners. She stressed that the Krasnoyarsk Territory carries out foreign trade activities with 94 foreign countries. China is the leader in exports and imports, and the dynamics of trade with it shows annual growth.
Natalia Abramova, Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: "The Corporation has formed a register of potential foreign partners who are ready to cooperate in the organization of trade transactions. Requests for the purchase of lumber, agricultural products, non-ferrous metal products, and building materials are regularly received. The Chinese partners are ready to cooperate both in the format of joint investment projects and technological cooperation. This involves the supply of equipment, the establishment of a production line, staff training and the launch of production in the Krasnoyarsk Territory by order of Russian partners."
