Construction of the third stage of the production and logistics complex (PLC) has been completed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory "Yemelyanovsky" near the village of Startsevo. The facility has already been put into operation and handed over to the tenant, Wildberries.
The fourth stage of the project is in the active stage of implementation. At the moment, 80% of the construction work has been completed. The total area of the four buildings will be 137 thousand m2.
The logistics park construction project is included in the Yenisei Siberia CIP, and is being implemented by MEGA-STROY-M. All warehouses of the Yemelyanovsky PLC will correspond to class A. The total investment in the project is 30 billion rubles, and it is planned to create more than 9,600 jobs.
The tenants of the park will be various logistics companies, wholesale and retail companies, as well as companies operating in the field of e-commerce. The project will provide them with a convenient and functional space that helps optimize logistics processes and increase work efficiency.
