The issues of the development of the reference city of Achinsk were discussed at the investment conference

The day before, the strategic session "Achinsk – the city of new opportunities" was held. One of the key events was the investment conference, where they discussed the economic development of Achinsk, one of the main cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as the western agglomeration as a whole.
Evgeny Ganchukov, Deputy General Director for Cooperation with Regional and Federal Authorities of Engineering and Construction Company LLC, spoke about the complex development of the territory and the construction of the residential neighborhood RUSAL Quarter – Achinsk. RUSAL's housing program includes the construction of homes for employees and all necessary infrastructure, including a sports and recreation complex and a kindergarten.
Igor Gerber, Director of Environmental Protection and Civil Engineering at ISO LLC, spoke about development plans for 2026 and invited representatives of SMEs to cooperate. The engineering and construction company acts as a technical contractor for the construction of facilities of major customers, including RUSAL.
Representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented a number of investment proposals. Among them are initiatives in the field of tourism: the construction of a hotel complex, a glamping and a restaurant on the embankment of the Chulym River. It is also planned to implement projects for the improvement of the urban area and the water landscape park of the embankment of the Chulym River. This will not only create comfortable recreation areas for citizens, but will also contribute to the development of small businesses.
In addition, investors are being sought to build a plant for the production of concrete, concrete products and precast concrete, aseptic packaging for dairy products, as well as to create a production of workwear. Natalia Abramova, Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, summed up the results of the investment conference. She noted that one of the key tasks for the development of the reference city is the creation of the Achinsky private industrial park, attracting residents and implementing investment projects on its territory.

During the strategic session "Achinsk – the city of new opportunities", a plenary session "Two key vectors of sustainability – demography and labor productivity", round tables devoted to education and the formation of a comfortable urban environment were also held. An agreement on cooperation between the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Achinsk City Union of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Association was signed at the event site.
