Co-investors are attracted for the development of the Divny ski complex

The ski resort is located within Divnogorsk. On its territory there are 4 ski slopes of various complexity with a total length of 4 thousand km. height difference of up to 270 m with natural coating. There is a sports hotel, a tubing park, ski equipment rental points, an instructor school, several food outlets, a gym, a spa center and a children's entertainment club.

The development project involves an increase in the number of ski slopes, the launch of new lifts, the reconstruction of the sports hotel and the general modernization of infrastructure for year-round family holidays. In addition, it is planned to purchase new snow trucks, install an artificial snowmaking system on the tracks and new lighting. 

Co-investors can benefit from sectoral government support measures at both the federal and regional levels. Among them are preferential loans and subsidies to reimburse part of the costs for tourism projects.
