The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement on comprehensive support and development of the Pilgrim investment site on the shore of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir (Shumikha Bay). Currently, an active recreation center is located on a plot of 1.3 hectares.
More than 200 million rubles have already been invested in the construction of the base. Large-scale landscaping works have been carried out on the territory: a mooring embankment has been built, a slip for launching boats, a large hangar for storing yachts and boats, and a tourist infrastructure has been created for a comfortable stay.
There are two possible options for implementing investment projects on the site. The first is to invest funds with a yield of up to 30% in the creation of modular year–round houses. The second option is an investment with the acquisition of a 100% share of the entire asset on special preferential terms. The key competitive advantages of the site are its convenient transportation location 40 km from Krasnoyarsk, on the first coastline, as well as scenic views and the availability of capital infrastructure facilities.
