Small and medium-sized businesses can receive preferential loans secured by the SME Corporation. Entrepreneurs have access to funds at a discounted rate of 9% for the restoration of cultural heritage sites, even if there is a lack or absence of collateral. DOM.RF is the operator of the program.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 35 cultural heritage sites are offered to investors for restoration. Their catalog is posted on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory . You can get financing on preferential terms in all regions of Russia. The maximum amount of one "umbrella" guarantee can reach 1 billion rubles with a loan term of up to 10 years.
