Krasnoyarsk Territory attracts co-investors to build a unique ecotourism complex

According to the project, the ecotourism complex will combine modern comfort, ethnic forms of living and recreational areas. The territory will house hotel buildings with 40 rooms, Russian huts, yurts and chums, and A-frame houses. A restaurant, a swimming pool, a spa complex, a bathhouse with vats and a font will also be built for guests.

The construction of accommodation facilities is very relevant for the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The growth of tourist traffic in the region in the first half of 2025 amounted to almost 14%. At the same time, ecotourism is developing faster than conventional tourism.: According to experts, the growth rate will reach 15% per year by 2030.

The advantage for co-investors is the lack of multifunctional tourist facilities in the region that combine ecological and wellness recreation with modern comfort on one site. The use of modular structures and pile-screw bases during the construction of the eco-hotel will reduce the construction time to 6-7 months and launch the project promptly. Co-investors can benefit from sectoral government support measures, including the regional Tourism Development program until 2030.
