The construction of the fourth stage of the largest logistics park in the region has been completed

Construction of the fourth stage of the production and logistics complex (PLC) has been completed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory "Yemelyanovsky" near the village of Startsevo. The project is included in the KIP "Yeniseiskaya Sibir", its implementation is carried out by the MEGA-STROY-M company.
Three buildings of the Yemelyanovsky PLC have already been put into operation, they are leased by popular marketplaces. The fourth warehouse is preparing to open in January next year. The facility will carry out a full cycle of order processing, from receiving goods to assembling shipments. It can store up to 15 million units of products on an area of 35 thousand square meters. The complex will be equipped with modern lifting mechanisms, conveyors and other technological equipment that can process up to 400,000 orders per day.

We are located in the geographical center of the country, at the intersection of the routes of four modes of transport. The operation of the logistics park will undoubtedly expand the potential not only for local manufacturers and increase business activity in the region, but also allow residents of the region to receive orders from other regions faster."
Since 2022, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has been involved in the support of the investment project. The Corporation's specialists participated in solving land and property issues, assisted the investor in cooperation with resource supply organizations, and assisted in reducing the time required to obtain permits.
In the future, the logistics park plans to build a distribution center for a network of retail stores and a production facility for light industry or small and medium-scale industries, as well as warehouses and offices.
