Investment activity continues to grow in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is expected that by the end of the year the total volume of investments in the region will exceed 1.3 trillion rubles. The region's development prospects are linked to the continued implementation of major investment projects.
The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is a specialized organization for attracting investments and working with investors in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Since the beginning of 2025, the Corporation has received 39 investment projects, and about 30 more initiatives are in the active implementation phase.
One of the most significant projects for the region is the construction of a production and logistics complex (PLC) "Yemelyanovsky" near the village of Startsevo. The project is included in the KIP "Yeniseiskaya Sibir", its implementation is carried out by the MEGA-STROY-M company. At the moment, all four stages of the Yemelyanovsky PLC have already been built, and popular marketplaces have become its residents. The operation of the logistics park will not only expand the potential of local manufacturers, but also allow residents of the region to receive orders from other regions faster.
The implementation of initiatives in one of the priority sectors for the region, the agro–industrial complex, continues. So, in November of this year, a rapeseed processing plant was commissioned in the flagship city of Achinsk. At the first stage, the plant plans to process 200 tons of rapeseed per day, at the second stage – up to 1,000 tons per day. The company will not only ensure stable demand for oilseeds, but will also create additional opportunities for the sale of agricultural products.
In total, the Corporation supports 16 investment projects totaling more than 32 billion rubles in four main cities of the region – Achinsk, Kansk, Lesosibirsk and Minusinsk. The development of these territories in August 2025 was discussed at the II Forum "Supporting Cities of Russia", which was held in Minusinsk. The forum gathered 700 participants and experts, and its agenda focused on the urgent tasks of municipal development. In addition, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation jointly with the municipal administrations held investment conferences in Lesosibirsk and Achinsk.
In 2025, Krasnoyarsk has repeatedly acted as a venue for significant events for the region.
Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: "The Corporation is the operator of the final stage of the V International Olympiad on Financial Security. About 600 schoolchildren and students from 40 countries took part in the event. In addition, Krasnoyarsk became a federal platform for the exchange of experience in the field of financial education, and also hosted the VI All-Russian Forum of Regulatory Authorities, which this year broke the record for the number of participants – the organizers received about 1,900 applications. Holding such events helps to attract the expert community to the region and has a positive effect on the image of the territory."
Increasing the attractiveness of Krasnoyarsk and improving it is also a key task in the light of preparations for the 400th anniversary of the city, which will take place in 2028. The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, together with the Regional Government and the Krasnoyarsk City Administration, is already actively working to attract sponsors to participate in projects planned for the city's anniversary. These are initiatives for infrastructure development, the creation of new facilities and public spaces. 10 agreements and 3 donation agreements were signed between the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and such large companies as RUSAL, Norilsk Nickel, Polymetal, RusHydro, the Andrey Melnichenko Charitable Foundation (SUEK JSC) and others. Most of them have already decided on a list of projects that they will implement.
