The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation invites co-investors for the innovative project of JSC Noosphere in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The company intends to create a production of modular power plants powered by plastic and rubber waste from automobile tires. The required amount of investments is 675 million rubles.
JSC Noosphere develops and manufactures equipment for the production of synthetic oil, fuel, methanol and other hydrocarbons from various waste products. The company has design documentation for the production of pyrolysis plants and successful experience in creating such equipment for a Spanish company.
The investment project will use autothermal gasification of plastic and rubber waste, a technology that has no analogues in the world. The manufactured equipment will provide energy for waste sorting plants, as well as replace coal-fired generation. The modular format will make it possible to place power plants of various capacities (from 1 to 10 MW and above), depending on needs and waste volumes.
At the first stage, a pilot gas-fired power plant with a capacity of 1 MW will be created. During the year of operation, it is planned to dispose of about 2.4 thousand tons of plastic waste. The second stage of the project involves the construction of a plant for the production of energy equipment, including gas generators powered by biomass, heavy oil residues, coal and other waste.
The advantage of the project is the growing market for plastic and rubber waste disposal, as well as the absence of direct competitors. A co-investor can take advantage of government support measures. For example, to conclude a special investment contract (SPIC) or an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments (NWPC).
