Regional agricultural enterprises can receive preferential loans for the implementation of investment projects

In 2026, an additional 26.5 billion rubles will be allocated from the federal budget for the implementation of the program of preferential loans to agro-industrial and agricultural enterprises. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Federal funding is planned to be allocated to subsidize loans to farmers for seasonal field work, including the purchase of fuel, seeds and mineral fertilizers for the sowing campaign. The funds will also be used to maintain a preferential loan rate for entrepreneurs who are engaged in dairy farming.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the development of the agro-industrial complex is one of the priorities. Currently, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation in the region is supporting 32 investment projects in this industry. Among them is the creation of enterprises for the cultivation and processing of agricultural products, the production of flour, rapeseed oil and others.
