The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and Linas-Techno JSC have signed an agreement on comprehensive support and development of the new Balayskoye investment site. The site is located in the Mansko-Uyarsk municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The site is intended for the construction of industrial or agricultural facilities.
The land area is 126.2 hectares. A 4 km long highway passes through the territory, which has a separate exit to the federal highway M-53. The site also has an artesian water intake well with a depth of 110 m.
The advantage of the platform for investors is its logistical accessibility. The site is located at the intersection of public railway tracks – the Trans-Siberian Railway (at a distance of 300 m), the main oil pipeline (at a distance of 1.5 km) and the federal highway M-53 Novosibirsk-Kemerovo-Krasnoyarsk-Irkutsk (at a distance of 4 km).
