MEGA-STROY-M has started construction of the fifth stage of the Yemelyanovsky production and logistics park, located near the village of Startsevo. The facility belongs to class A+, which guarantees compliance with the strictest requirements for infrastructure, engineering systems and operational characteristics of modern logistics sites.
The area of the new facility will be 26,600 m2. Due to the increased height of the room (12.5 m), it will be possible to organize 6-tier shelving storage here. The end-to-end logistics system will allow tenants to minimize cargo handling time by directly redistributing them between vehicles. This solution is aimed at reducing transaction costs for companies with high-intensity cargo flows. Commissioning of the fifth stage of the Yemelyanovsky PLC is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
The Yemelyanovsky production and logistics complex is part of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir CIP. Since 2022, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has been involved in the support of the investment project. The Corporation's specialists accompanied the procedures for registration of land and property relations, assisted the investor in cooperation with resource supply organizations, assisted in passing administrative procedures and obtaining permits.
Yemelyanovsky PLC will become the largest logistics park in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The previous four stages have already been commissioned. Their tenants are large companies, including the leaders of e–commerce - Ozon and Wildberries, which confirms the strategic attractiveness and relevance of the facility.
