Krasnoyarsk Territory attracts co-investors to build a recreation center with a petting zoo

A plot of land has already been obtained for the construction of a recreation center in the Sukhobuzimsky district, 99 km from Krasnoyarsk. The complex is planned to house a hotel with 12 rooms, 48 houses ranging from 18 to 100 m2, a restaurant, gazebos, baths and baptismal fonts. The project also provides for the creation of a fishing club and a contact zoo with an area of 100 m2.

The advantage for co-investors is the advantageous location in a picturesque location on the riverbank, the availability of comfortable access roads to the territory. The land plot has been leased for 49 years with the possibility of extension. At the moment, the construction of houses has already begun.

Tourism development is one of the key areas for the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Sectoral government support measures are in place in the region. Co-investors can use financial support tools under the regional Tourism Development program until 2030. The program provides, among other things, for the provision of subsidies to reimburse costs for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities and for connecting facilities to electricity, heat, and water supply systems.
