A meeting of the investment Council under the head of the district was held in Achinsk. The key event was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the administration of the Achinsk Municipal District and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The document opens up additional prospects for attracting investments, implementing large-scale projects and strengthening the business potential of the territory.
Evgeny Pensky, First Deputy Head of the Achinsk Municipal District, addressed the participants of the meeting with a welcoming speech. He stressed that systematic work to create a favorable investment climate is very important. This will help to increase the attractiveness of the territory for doing business.
Natalia Abramova, Head of the Investment Development Directorate of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, spoke about project support in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Corporation's specialists help investors at all stages – from obtaining permits to connecting to the engineering infrastructure and launching. In addition, investors can get advice on government support measures, including subsidies and tax incentives.
The participants of the event also discussed the implementation of the regional investment standard in the territory of the district. Work in this direction will increase the transparency of procedures and reduce the time required for business to interact with government authorities.
One of the significant decisions of the meeting was the inclusion in the investment passport of the district not only municipal property that can be used for investment projects, but also commercial lands and facilities.
