A complete modernization of the heating system has been carried out on the territory of the Achinsky Private Industrial Park. The company's management company, Zheldoralyans LLC, has built additional premises where eco–friendly heating boilers with automatic supply of solid fuel and ash removal have been installed.
The total amount of investments in environmental modernization and the creation of a heat reserve at the enterprise amounted to more than 5 million rubles – these are the management company's own funds without attracting subsidies from the budget. Currently, 5.5 thousand m2 of workshops and administrative buildings are heated with coal with a low percentage of ash content.
The construction of an industrial park in the main city of Achinsk started in the spring of 2025. The project is being implemented in stages until 2028. The total investment will amount to 850 million rubles with the support of the federal budget, and more than 200 jobs will be created.
The investment project is supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The Corporation's specialists provided assistance to the investor in cooperation with municipal authorities, conducted consultations on obtaining state support measures and accreditation of the industrial park from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
It is expected that 15 residents will place their production facilities in the industrial park. The companies will specialize in metalworking and related fields. Currently, Magistral LLC, the anchor resident of the industrial park, which repairs wagons for the needs of Russian Railways, is already operating on the production facilities.
