The forecast is based on information received from local governments, industry ministries and enterprises in the region. The document includes projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, construction, transport and other sectors.

The most in demand will be machinists, drivers, engineers, electricians, laboratory technicians, operators of technological installations and other qualified specialists.

In order to provide companies with personnel in a timely manner, the employment service holds job fairs, open selections, and field trips of its mobile offices. Residents of the region will be able to pass job interviews for already announced vacancies or for inclusion in the personnel reserve. In addition, it will be possible to get acquainted with the companies' offers on April 17 at the regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair "Jobs of Russia. A time of opportunity", which takes place with the support of the national project "Cadres" .

Events will be held for young people that will allow them to orient themselves in choosing a profession or future place of work, taking into account current trends in the labor market. The Employment Service will conduct them as part of a federal project to route young people to specific enterprises. It should be noted that the Krasnoyarsk Territory was among the first to join this project on the initiative of Governor Mikhail Kotyukov.
