An investment session was held in Krasnoyarsk, where regional entrepreneurs were presented with projects in various fields and investment platforms. The event was attended by the heads of companies in the banking sector, as well as representatives of medium and large businesses.
The organizer of the investment session was the "Community of investors of the Krasnoyarsk Territory". The event's partners are the First Business Club, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the Krasnoyarsk Regional Branch of Delovaya Rossiya.
Representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented investment sites for the implementation of projects in the fields of industry, logistics, tourism, and housing construction. Among them is the former Industrial Construction Structures Plant (KISK) in the Yemelyanovsky district, investment sites in the core cities of Achinsk, Kansk and Lesosibirsk. A plot of land with an area of more than 250 hectares in the Berezovsky district, which has great potential for creating a warehouse and distribution infrastructure, was also presented.
In addition, the entrepreneurs were told about the industrial sites on the territory of the TOP Zheleznogorsk. A set of preferences is provided for TOP residents, such as income, land and property tax benefits, as well as simplified procedures for technological connection to infrastructure facilities.
