The day before, an investment conference was held in Krasnoyarsk, where regional entrepreneurs were presented with investment proposals in the field of industry, told about business support measures, and also presented the needs of large companies.
The organizer was the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
Maxim Ermakov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, delivered a welcoming speech: "The basis of the Krasnoyarsk Territory's industry is formed by large mining and processing enterprises. Our key task is to involve small and medium–sized businesses in cooperation with these giants. It is important that local suppliers focus on the needs of regional companies, and large customers, in turn, turn more actively to manufacturers in our region. High-tech solutions are of high priority for us. It is these enterprises that we support primarily through the tools of the regional Industrial Development Fund and the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium–Sized Enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory."
During the event, the participants were presented with investment proposals with initiators. In addition, representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented investment niches in the field of industry.
Also at the investment session, business representatives were told about the implementation of projects in the territory of the priority development of Zheleznogorsk. Currently, TOP Zheleznogorsk unites 26 resident companies, most of which are high-tech. A set of preferences is provided for residents, such as income, land and property tax benefits, and a free customs zone procedure is possible. Special attention was paid to the construction of the AtomGrad private industrial park, which houses buildings with an area of more than 19 thousand m2. The project is being implemented with the consulting support of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.
The program of the investment conference also included a presentation session, where they talked about the needs and procurement activities of such large enterprises as JSC Krastsvetmet, LLC Novoangarsky Processing Plant and LLC MEGA-STROY-M.
Yuri Kochnev, Head of the Procurement and Logistics Department of JSC Krastsvetmet: "We intend to expand the pool of our suppliers, especially among regional companies. In 2025, the share of purchases of goods and services from enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk Territory increased significantly and reached 54%, and in 2024 this figure was 35%."
Presentations were made by representatives of 17 regional companies operating in the fields of metal structures, reinforced concrete products, automation, climate control equipment, mechanical engineering, appliances and industrial equipment, paint and flame retardants, etc. They presented their companies and products, as well as conducted B2B negotiations with major customers.
