The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation invites co-investors to build a recreation center and a suburban cottage settlement in the Sukhobuzimsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The required investment amount is 300 million rubles.
The country complex is planned to be built on a 52-hectare plot owned by the initiator of the project. The plot is located in an ecologically clean area with scenic views, and there is a lake on the territory. The recreation center will house townhouses, detached cottages, a restaurant, a summer cafe, and a sauna complex. Houses, shops, a kindergarten, and a playground will be built in the cottage settlement. Landscaping will also be carried out and a beach area will be set up near the lake. It also provides for the creation of a roadside zone, which includes a checkpoint with security, a gas station, a car service and parking. In addition to all this, the plans include the construction of a sports complex and a sports ground that can be used for training camps or field competitions.
The advantage for co-investors is the advantageous location 50 km from the center of Krasnoyarsk. The lake located on the territory and the neighborhood with an eco-farm create unique opportunities for organizing a fishing industry.
